My AI Astrolog Terms of Use

These terms apply only to the My AI Astrolog app. The icerikyoneticisi.com website and the other products and services on it have their own terms, which are not affected by these terms.

My AI Astrolog is an app that offers AI-written astrology readings (Daily, Love, Career, My Emotional World, Who Am I?, Health, Weekly, Tarot and "Ask Your Astrologer") based on the birth chart calculated on your phone from the birth details you enter, and on sky data. You do not create an account; the app talks to the server through a random installation ID. The scope, features and reading types of the service may change over time.

• The app is a tool for entertainment and self-reflection.
• Readings are produced by AI and may be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. The same question may get different answers at different times.
• Readings are not predictions of the future and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. "Health" readings do not offer medical diagnosis or treatment. Do not base important decisions on the readings; consult a qualified professional when needed.
• In a health or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services.

• The app is not designed for people under 18. By using the app you state that you are at least 18 years old. [Legal review in progress: T2 — age statement, no in-app verification]
• You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not write another person's personal data, identity details, health information or unlawful content in the "Ask Your Astrologer" field. The text you write is passed to the AI provider to produce the reading (see the Privacy Policy).
• You must not: access the app's server with automated tools (bots, scripts) or use the server interface outside the app; try to exceed or bypass usage limits; imitate or tamper with the signing and identity mechanism; overload the service or test its security; try to reverse engineer the app (except to the extent the law allows); use the service for an unlawful purpose.
• If these terms are breached, we reserve the right to restrict or block access.

The free plan may have daily and monthly usage limits per reading type; limits may change and are shown in the app. Pro membership plans may be visible in the app but cannot currently be purchased; the app collects no payment information. If a paid plan is offered, price, duration, withdrawal and refund terms will be communicated separately before purchase and these terms will be updated accordingly.

The app's software, design, texts, images and brand elements belong to the service provider or its licensors. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive permission to use the app on your own phone for personal use. You may keep and share the readings generated for you for your personal use; you may not systematically reproduce or resell them for commercial purposes. The legal status of AI output (copyright, etc.) may be uncertain, and we do not guarantee that readings are original or do not infringe the rights of others.

The app relies on third-party services such as AI providers, location search (Geoapify), Google Play and Android system services. The availability and terms of these services are not under our control; outages may make parts of the app temporarily unavailable.

• We provide the service "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accessible. Maintenance, updates or third-party outages may temporarily affect the service.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the consequences of decisions you make based on the readings.
• This clause does not limit or exclude our liability for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, our liability for harm to life, bodily integrity and health, or the non-waivable rights under consumer protection law. [Legal review in progress: T2]

You can uninstall the app at any time. With Settings > Privacy > Delete My Server Data you can delete the installation record and counters on the server. We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in the app or on this page; the current version is always on this page. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the current terms. We reserve the right to change or end all or part of the service.

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies to these terms.

As a consumer, in disputes under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits, and to Consumer Courts above those limits. These terms do not restrict your right as a consumer to apply in your own place of residence.

For disputes that are not consumer transactions, the general jurisdiction rules of the law apply. [Legal review in progress: T1 — choosing a separate venue is not recommended]
