The website provides information about İçerik Yöneticisi's services and products and receives contact and project enquiries. The content on the site is for general information and does not constitute an offer. The scope and price of a project are set out in a quote or contract agreed in writing between the parties.

• The assistant's answers are generated automatically by AI and may be incorrect or incomplete.
• The answers are not a binding offer or commitment and are not a substitute for legal, medical or financial advice.
• We ask you not to write personal or confidential information — health information in particular — to the assistant.
• Misuse of the assistant (automated or excessive queries, attempts to generate harmful content) is prohibited; access may be temporarily restricted in such cases.

Companion is a personal safety and daily-life app offering features such as reminders, check-ins, location-based notifications and alerting loved ones in an emergency.

• It is the user's responsibility to grant the permissions and make the settings the app needs to work correctly.
• You should add people as emergency contacts only with their knowledge.
• IMOK Coin is a reward point given inside the app for regular use; it is not money, electronic money or a crypto asset, and it cannot be cashed out or sold.

• A license/token code is for the use of the person who bought it.
• Copying, selling or sharing codes with others is prohibited; where this is detected, the code may be cancelled.
• Purchase, delivery, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Pre-Information Form, the Distance Sales Contract and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

The rights to the text, images, logos, software and designs on the site and in the products belong to İçerik Yöneticisi or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission, and the software may not be reverse-engineered.

İçerik Yöneticisi takes reasonable care to keep the site and products running without interruption or error, but cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by internet infrastructure, devices, operating systems or third-party services. This provision does not affect consumers' statutory rights or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms may be updated when needed. The current text is always published on this page together with the update date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection have jurisdiction.
