In Short
If you haven't activated your code in the app yet, just write to us within 14 days of delivery: we refund the full amount and cancel the code.
This policy covers codes bought directly from İçerik Yöneticisi. For purchases made through Google Play, Google Play's own refund rules apply.

1. A Voluntary Refund Is Not the Same as the Statutory Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal is a consumer right set out in the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation lists contracts for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer among the exceptions to that right.
The refund offered on this page is a commercial assurance İçerik Yöneticisi provides of its own accord. It does not limit your statutory rights.
2. Voluntary Refund Conditions
- Code not activated: if requested within 14 days of delivery, the full amount is refunded.
- Code activated but not working: if the problem cannot be solved within a reasonable time, the full amount is refunded.
- Other requests for activated codes: assessed case by case.
- In every approved refund, the code is cancelled.
- No voluntary refund is given where a code is found to have been shared or sold.
3. How to Request One
- Write to info@icerikyoneticisi.com or to +90 541 797 1993 on WhatsApp.
- State the purchase date and the code sent to you.
- Your request is reviewed and you receive a written reply.
- For approved refunds, the amount is refunded in a way that matches the payment method used and the code is cancelled.
