It Asks You First — "Are You OK?"
When a fall is detected, the system doesn't raise the alarm right away. It asks you first: Are you OK? If you answer "I'm OK", the alarm is canceled. You stay in control.
If You Don't Respond, the System Acts for You
If there's no answer within the time you set, a countdown starts, voice alerts sound, a final check is made and the emergency process begins. If you can't speak, the system speaks.
About the Module
Fall Detection is Companion's most critical safety module. It detects possible falls using your phone's sensors and reduces false alarms with three-stage verification: Free Fall, Impact and Immobility. When a fall is detected it first asks you "Are you OK?"; if there is no answer it automatically starts the emergency help process and sends SMS, email and Telegram notifications with your location to your loved ones. Designed for the moments when you can't ask for help.
