How long does it take to build a website?
We don't quote a fixed timeline, because the workload and scope differ for every project. We determine the timeline in the first conversation, once we understand the work, and present it to you as a concrete schedule. An estimate given before the scope is clear tends to become a promise nobody can keep.
How is the price of a website determined?
We don't have a price list. Pricing is set per project once the scope is clear, because two projects under the same heading can be very different. We start by understanding the need, define the scope together, and the price follows from that.
Will we own the website's source code?
Yes. In every service and product we build, the source code belongs to you — down to the last line. Our aim is for each client to own a product that is genuinely theirs, not to hold the code and keep you dependent on us.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Every digital product or service we deliver comes with 1 month of free support; usage questions and any issues you run into are covered during that period. After that, we set up a separate support agreement if you need one. Beyond that, our defect warranty has no time limit: if a fault originating from us appears in what we delivered, we fix it no matter how much time has passed. We don't hand over work that doesn't function. Everything else is treated as separate work: new feature requests, scope extensions, and adaptations required by changes third parties make to their own systems (operating systems, payment providers, APIs).
Can we manage the content ourselves?
Yes — that is the point of what we build. Page copy, images, menus, blog posts and FAQs are edited from your own admin panel. You don't have to come back to us to change a sentence. How much the panel covers is defined together, based on the project's scope.
Who owns the domain and hosting?
Both stay in your name, in your account. We help with the setup, while billing and ownership remain yours. That way, even if you stop working with us, your site, domain and data stay in your hands.
Is SEO included?
The search infrastructure is part of the build: URL structure, title and description fields, sitemap, structured data, page speed and mobile compatibility are set up from the start. That is the technical foundation a site needs to be findable. Content production, keyword strategy and ongoing monitoring are separate work — we define that scope together if you need it.
Do you use ready-made themes or templates?
No. We build the site specifically for the project. If you're expecting a ready-made template, we're not the right fit — off-the-shelf platforms deliver that faster and cheaper. What we do is shape the content model and page structure around your business.
Can you migrate our existing site?
Yes. Content migration, preserving the URL structure and redirecting old addresses to new ones are part of the work. If redirects aren't set up correctly, you lose your existing position in search — that is the most critical part of a migration.
