An AI assistant for your website and platform
An assistant that runs on your site, understands the visitor's question and points them to the right page. Its interface fits your site's design.
Answers limited to your own content
You decide what the assistant knows. When something changes in your content management panel, what the assistant knows changes too; no second knowledge store is set up.
Server-side AI integration
The API key stays on the server and never reaches the browser. Timeouts, error cases and provider outages are planned for from the start.

The key stays on the server
AI calls are made from the server, not the browser. This isn't a preference but a basic rule of the setup: any structure where the key reaches the browser carries a billing risk.
You decide what it knows
The assistant's source is content you have verified. It doesn't stray outside its sources on topics you don't want it to; as your content grows, so does what it knows.
Saying it doesn't know is the right behaviour
Instead of making up an answer to a question its sources don't cover, it says it doesn't know and points to the relevant page or to contact details. A wrong answer is more expensive than no answer.
The provider should be replaceable
The AI side moves fast: prices, models and limits can change monthly. We isolate the provider in one place so that when the day comes to switch, it doesn't require a rewrite.
The off switch exists from day one
When there's an unexpected cost or a provider problem, the feature must be able to be switched off in one move. We build this as a part set up from the start, not something added later.
